FELLOW MODS PROGRAM

 

If you’re interested in becoming a moderator on the official Fellow Traveller Discord server, you’ve come to the right place! Here you can submit your application and find out what it means to be part of the Fellow Mods.

What is this program about?

The Fellow Mods program is a community initiative that helps keep the official Fellow Traveller Discord friendly, inclusive, and welcoming. Fellow Traveller will work alongside moderators to nurture the community and encourage conversation about story-rich games.

Fellow Mod guiding principles

These are the guiding principles that moderators will be expected to follow:

  • Be honest

  • Be trustworthy

  • Help each other

  • Uplift each other

  • Respect each other

Fellow Traveller community Code of Condcut

Moderators will be expected to enforce this Code of Conduct on the server:

  • Respect all members and staff.

  • Keep content PG-13 and spoiler-tagged when appropriate.

  • No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.

  • No self-promotion or spam outside approved channels.

  • Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Fellow Mod selection criteria

This is the selection criteria for Fellow Mods:

  • Be of even temperament

  • Behave in line with Fellow Traveller's values

  • Have enthusiasm for Fellow Traveller and Fellow Traveller games

  • Have the capacity to represent Fellow Traveller to the community

  • Be within one of the common time zones for Fellow Traveller’s community

Fellow Mod activity

To support the community, moderators will be required to adhere to these activity guidelines:

  • Active within Discord 4+ days a week

  • Taking steps to learn more about Fellow Traveller

  • Responds to fan questions within 48 hours

  • Engages with the community regularly outside of answering questions

  • Comes up with ways to make the Discord server better

  • Gives constructive feedback on how to enhance the Modship program

Fellow Mod benefits

Fellow Mods will receive benefits, which will grow with time:

Privacy and Data Use statement

Your information will only be used by Fellow Traveller and Double Jump Communications for the purpose of onboarding to and communications around the Fellow Mods Program. It will not be shared publicly or used for marketing purposes.
